We used this car service for our wedding, and the experience was flawless from start to finish. Liz was amazing organizing everything for us, her customer service was amazing. The vehicles arrived early, spotless, and beautifully presented, which set the perfect tone for such an important day. The driver of the party bus Paul was amazing and the rolls Royce driver Alvaro was so kind and compassionate with my family and I. Overall they were professional, courteous, and incredibly calm, helping ease any last-minute nerves and ensuring everything ran smoothly.

I just wanted to thank you and your staff for an amazing prom for my son and his friends on June 13.Our driver Moseis was amazing. He arrived earlier than the anticipated time. The car was clean and absolutely beautiful. The kids loved the sprinter. They were so comfortable the entire night with plenty of room to stretch out. He drove them into the city from Staten Island without any issues and proceeded to keep them safe the entire night. The city was a little crazy with the Knicks win, but he made sure the kids were accounted for and in his sight at all times. He even went into the McDonald’s to check on them when they were taking a little longer than they thought to get their order lol. He even kept in contact with me when due to the extreme traffic that night and the kids still wanting to stop for a bite to eat that we were going to have to go into an extra hour. We appreciated his professionalism and honesty. In addition dealing with Liz from the beginning of the booking process was a dream! She was so professional, attentive and kind throughout. Thank you again for being such a huge part of our kids wonderful memory. We will be sure to highly recommend you and your services in the future to other others.

My second time booking with Santos! I requested Mike, as I mentioned how amazing he was at my sister’s wedding in 2024 in my previous review. I rented two sprinters—one for the bridesmaids and one for the groomsmen—and Mike did not disappoint!

For my wedding, he was the same friendly, kind gentleman that I remembered from last time. Unfortunately, my husband didn’t tell me his driver’s name, but he was also fantastic with the boys! He even made an unplanned pizza stop for them and brought some back to us girls.

One thing that really impressed us was how spacious the sprinters were. We had 6 girls in one and 8 large men in the other, and everyone had more than enough room to spread out and be comfortable. The vehicles were clean, roomy, and perfect for wedding day transportation.

Due to the rain, we had to make several extremely last-minute adjustments to our timeline and planned stops. Santos accommodated every request seamlessly. Mike even came out with an umbrella to help me and my girls stay dry on our way down my long driveway and into the sprinter. He patiently waited while we finished our entire getting-ready photo shoot before heading to the venue, which had been rescheduled because of the weather.

He let us control the music through the AUX and served us champagne, making the ride even more fun and relaxing. Throughout the day, he went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly.

I’ll be recommending Santos and Mike to all of my friends for their weddings. Thank you for helping make our wedding day so special!

Santos VIP did not disappoint. They were professional and top notch from start to finish. We hired three different vehicles. All three were beautiful, well equipped and driven by true professionals. They were patient and courteous and, of course, good, safe drivers. Our contact person Celia Mendoza was great. She was accessible and 100% on task. She was patient with last minute tweaks to the schedule and very detail oriented thru all aspects of the transaction.

We used Santos VIP Limo for our wedding this weekend and they were fantastic. It snowed but Al and Michael had umbrellas and made sure no one got wet before the ceremony. They both helped fluff my dress before going down the aisle and went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. Liz who works in the office was so sweet and made sure our timeline was perfect. You definitely need to use them for your big days!!!

We booked Santos VIP Limo for the use of their antique Rolls Royce at our wedding at The Palace on 01-16-2026. We only wanted use of the car for 2 hours of photos. The driver who dropped the vehicle off was on time, very professional, and awesome. He stayed to the side while we took photos (in the freezing cold!) and even helped out when he was able to. The car was beautiful, clean, and polished. Communication with the company was easy and we always received quick emails back throughout the process. We highly recommend Santos VIP for use of their antique vehicles. Their drivers are also so kind and professional which was a bonus!
