1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Santos VIP, LLC regarding your use of our Site and Services. By booking, using our vehicles, or continuing to access the Site, you accept these Terms and any updates we may make over time.
2. Services Overview
Santos VIP, LLC provides professional chauffeured transportation, including corporate travel, weddings, special events, birthday parties, bachelor/bachelorette celebrations, hourly bookings, and point-to-point trips. Service availability, pricing, and vehicle types may change without prior notice.
3. SMS Consent and Communications
By providing your mobile phone number to Santos VIP Limousine, you consent to receive SMS messages from us related to your booking, ride updates, promotions, or other services. Standard messaging rates may apply.

Message Types: Quotes, booking confirmations, pickup reminders, service updates, promotions, and customer support communications.
Message Frequency: Estimated 1–3 messages per booking; promotional messages may vary by campaign.
Opt-In Method: You must provide explicit consent via the checkbox on our booking forms or by texting your number to us.
Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS communications. To opt back in, reply START.
Fees: Carrier fees for sending or receiving messages may apply depending on your plan.
Privacy: Your phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Reservations & Bookings
4.1 Booking Requirements
All reservations require a valid payment method at the time of booking (credit card, Zelle, check, or cash).
Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
Customers must provide accurate information, including passenger names, pickup/drop-off locations, dates/times, and special requests.
4.2 Minimum Booking Terms
Certain vehicles, special dates, or services may require minimum booking durations or advanced notice. Santos VIP Limousine will inform you if additional requirements apply.
5. Payments, Deposits & Fees
5.1 Payment Terms
Full payment is due before or at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted methods include major credit cards and other payment options communicated at the time of booking.
5.2 Deposits
Deposits may be required for certain bookings, especially special events.
Deposits are non-refundable unless expressly stated in these Terms.
5.3 Additional Charges
You may incur additional fees for:
Overtime services beyond the confirmed booking period
Extra stops, mileage, or service changes after confirmation
Toll, parking, or other applicable fees
Gratuity (pre-included or discretionary)
Any other charges communicated at booking
All fees are in U.S. dollars and subject to applicable taxes.
6. Cancellations & No-Shows
6.1 Cancellation Policy
Notify Santos VIP Limousine of cancellations in writing or via phone.
Cancellations made after the required notice may incur fees or the forfeiture of deposits.
6.2 No-Show Policy
A “no-show” occurs when passengers fail to arrive at the confirmed pickup location without prior notice.
No-show fees may equal the full cost of the reserved service.
7. Passenger Conduct & Responsibilities
7.1 Behavior and Safety
Passengers must comply with laws and the chauffeur’s instructions.
Smoking, illegal substances, or disruptive behavior is prohibited.
Seat belts must be worn where provided.
7.2 Minors and Alcohol
Passengers under legal drinking age must not consume alcohol.
Customers are responsible for supervising minors.
7.3 Damage and Cleanliness
Customers are responsible for damages beyond normal wear.
Additional charges may apply for excessive cleaning or property loss.
8. Liability & Disclaimers
8.1 Service Limitations
Santos VIP Limousine is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or mechanical issues.
We may substitute similar vehicles if necessary.
8.2 Personal Property
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in vehicles.
8.3 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable service.
9. Insurance
Santos VIP Limousine maintains the required commercial insurance coverage under New Jersey law. Coverage details are available upon request.
10. Technology and Communications
By using our Services, you consent to receive communications via email, phone, and SMS regarding your bookings, updates, promotions, or changes to these Terms. Standard messaging rates may apply.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
The laws of New Jersey govern these Terms. Any disputes must be brought exclusively in state or federal courts in New Jersey.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on https://www.santoslimousine.com is owned by Santos VIP, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.
13. Amendments
